Shipping Policy

At Brilléur, we aim to process all orders within 2-3 working days (Monday to Friday, excluding holidays) following payment confirmation.

 

Once your order has been processed, it will be sent to you via our preferred courier. Please note that delivery times may vary depending on your location.

Estimated delivery times:

  • 4-5 working days for Bulgaria

  • International: Please allow extra time for international shipping.

Please note that delivery times may be subject to delays beyond our control, such as customs clearance or unforeseen circumstances. Thank you for your patience and understanding.

Return

We want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase from Brilléur. If for any reason you are not satisfied with your order, we offer a hassle-free return policy.

  • Right of return:

To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused, unopened and in the same condition as you received it. It must also be in its original packaging.

Returns must be initiated within up to 5 days of receiving your order.

  • How to initiate a return:

To initiate a return, please contact our customer service team at customers@brilleur.com with your order number and details of the items you wish to return. Our team will provide you with further instructions on the return process.

  • Return shipping:

Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the return is due to an error on our part or a defective product.

 

We recommend using a tracked shipping service and purchasing shipping insurance as we cannot guarantee that we will receive your returned item.
